Megaplus Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by MegaPlus through the website megaplus.app or our official mobile app, you hereby agree to be fully bound by all rules and conditions set out in this document.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you as the user and megaplus as the platform operator. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with using this platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines ours, all of which form the legal framework governing the use of the mega plus platform.

To register and use megaplus services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• A citizen or resident located in a country or territory where the use of such services is permitted under local law.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Deposit Terms:

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, megaplus reserves the right to withhold the balance in that account pending further investigation. If no violation is confirmed, the eligible balance will be returned to you via the original payment method within 14 business days.
